Students get to vote on WHICH popular super heroes they’ll learn to draw from the world of comics & graphic novels. Then award winning artist Scott Hanna, who's worked on nearly every character in the Marvel & DC Comics universes, will teach you their specific proportions, details of their faces & bodies, how they move, pose and interact! A good starting place for students wishing a future in storyboard design, cartooning, animation, video game design, comics & graphic novels. Students will get an understanding of the concepts & details required to design & draw super heroes! All characters and topics covered in this class are age appropriate. This class skips for special obligations, snow days or dangerous driving weather which could extend end date. Bring to class: a sketch pad & pencils.
